Introduction

Sharad Navratri, also called Maha Navratri, is the most important Navratras dedicated to worshipping Goddess Durga’s nine forms over nine nights. The festival falls in autumn (Ashwin lunar month) with celebrations ranging from pujas to music, dance, and fasting across India.
